Miller Transporters Inc has named Hal Miller III vice-president — sales and marketing. He has served in various positions, including director of maintenance and operations manager.

Quality Distribution Inc (QDI) has promoted Dennis Copeland to senior vice-president — corporate from his previous post as vice-president — administration. Lorrel Margelowsky, formerly director of internal audit, was named vice-president — internal audit. Barbara Keslinke, previously director of human resources, was promoted to vice-president — human resources and payroll.
