First Fleet Corp, a Fort Lauderdale FL-based national provider of asset management, financial, and operational support to private truck fleets, has increased its operations and customer base since becoming a subsidiary of PHH Arval in early 2004.

To accommodate this growth, First Fleet has leased and customized an additional 4,203 square feet of adjoining office space at its 350 East Las Olas Boulevard headquarters. This expands current office space by 50% to 13,873 square feet, enabling the company's continued growth and expansion of services. Colonial Properties Trust and a joint venture partner own the building.
