FDA booklets cover Bioterrorism Act

The United States Food and Drug Administration has published several new booklets dealing with aspects of the Bioterrorism Act of 2002 pertaining to the transport of food.

These booklets are entitled What You Need to Know About Registration of Food Facilities, What You Need to Know About Prior Notice of Imported Food Shipments, What You Need to Know About Administrative Detention of Foods, and What You Need to Know About Establishment and Maintenance of Records. They provide the latest information on regulations published by FDA to implement provisions of the Bioterrorism Act of 2005.
