Energy Article Correction

In the Modern Bulk Transporter March issue, John Atkins at HTI Tank Wash, Oakland CA, was quoted in an article by Mary Davis on the California energy crisis. He was incorrectly quoted as saying there were no shortages in electricity at the facilities and that the facilities' utility costs had risen by 50% to 60%. Atkins' name was mistakenly used. He did not provide information about the company and the information quoted was incorrect.
