C-TPAT-compliant trailer seals remove with ease

Nov 1, 2006 12:00 PM

The Ontario Trucking Association (OTA) has entered into an exclusive national arrangement with One Seal Inc to provide the trucking industry with C-TPAT-compliant trailer seals.

The OneSeal patented 79-T96 flexible High Security bolt seal offers compliance with C-TPAT standards and peace of mind in knowing removal of the seal will be trouble-free.

According to OTA president David Bradley, “The association witnessed the enormous size of the bolt cutter required and physical effort needed to remove traditional C-TPAT rigid steel bolt seals. The OneSeal product requires a seal cutter that will fit in your truck's glove box (14“) with the same physical effort exerted when one prunes a flower.”

The association will also carry OneSeal C-TPAT cable seals.

Carriers are encouraged to e-mail OTA's Esperanza Tomé at sales@ontruck.org for C-TPAT seal product line pricing which includes flexible bolts, bolt cutters, and cable seals.
