Cool-Yield Uses Vessel Itself to Cool Air

Nov 1, 2001 12:00 PM

Heil Trailer International introduces the Heil Cool-Yield air cooler system, with a patented design that eliminates the need for traditional air coolers for cooling blower air. This system uses the vessel itself to cool the blower air.

Cool-Yield weighs 50% less than traditional radiator-type air coolers. The system is tested and proven to cool and maintain blower air temperatures to within 16% of ambient with a blower pressure of up to 15 psi. Cool-Yield has no moving parts to wear out. It consists of a series of piping that is less expensive to install than traditional coolers and can be retrofitted on existing trailers.
