BP honors Schneider as Supplier of Year

Schneider National Bulk Carriers, a division of Schneider National Inc, was honored with a 2003 Supplier of the Year Silver Award by the petrochemical division of BP, recognizing the company for achievement in safety and performance history. The annual award ceremony held April 14, 2004, recognized carriers participating in the Supplier Scorecard Program that demonstrated consistent exceptional service.
The Scorecard Program is a measurement system that enables the petrochemical division of BP to monitor its carriers with regard to safety and customer satisfaction. Its goal is to satisfy customers' needs safely and professionally. All participating suppliers receive a quarterly review based on safety, operations, administration, and communication. Monthly reporting data is averaged to determine quarterly ratings.
