United States, Tunisian, French, and German authorities are continuing to investigate an explosion of a natural gas truck at a Jewish synagogue in Djerba, Tunis, to determine if it was a terrorist attack, according to news reports.
The truck collided into the wall of the synagogue April 11 and exploded, killing 15 people, several of them German. The driver was reported killed. Authorities in the four countries are trying to determine if the al-Qaida network was involved in the incident after other Islamic terrorists groups claimed responsibility.
