Bill Graves, president and chief executive officer of the American Trucking Associations, has named Michael C Robinson a director of legislative affairs. Robinson most recently served as deputy chief of staff for former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay and as a policy advisor in the Office of the Majority Leader.
