The American Trucking Associations has named Curtis Whalen executive director of its Intermodal Motor Carriers Conference. Before joining ATA, he was director of energy and security systems for Flight Explorer. He was also vice-president of legislative affairs for the American Waterways Operators and vice-president — government affairs for Transco Energy.
