David Jones, vice-president — corporate loss prevention and security for Tommy Hilfiger USA, was elected chairman of the National Cargo Security Council (NCSC) for 2004. Jones, who will serve a one-year term, had chaired NCSC's Retail Cargo Security Committee for two years.
