The International Vessel Operators Hazardous Materials Association Inc (VOHMA) has elected these new officers for the 2004-06 term: Captain Michael Bohlman, director — marine services, Horizon Lines LLC, chairman; Robert Ahlborn, director — security and dangerous goods, Hapag-Lloyd (America) Inc, vice-chairman; and John Paschall, terminal manager, Zim American Israeli Shipping, secretary-treasurer. Executive Committee members are Captain Benson Bowditch Jr, manager — Compliance Department, Lykes Lines; and Robert McFeeley, manager — safety, health, and hazmat, Crowley Maritime Corp.
