The American Trucking Associations has named Richard D Holcomb senior vice-president and general counsel. Holcomb, formerly commissioner of the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, will join ATA in July. He succeeds David Addington, now chief counsel to Vice-President Richard Cheney.
The Council of Logistics Management has selected Maria A McIntyre as its new executive vice-president, succeeding the retiring George A Gecowets. McIntyre has been with the council since 1974, most recently as vice-president — operations.
