AmeriGas Partners LP is upgrading its fleet capability with International Truck and Engine Corp's International Diamond Logic Builder software and International Diamond Logic electrical system, which integrates communication among a truck's engine, transmission, instrument cluster and body equipment.

International Diamond Logic Builder software affords the capability to create features for the Electrical System Control module on International trucks, allowing customers like AmeriGas to customize the installation, control and maintenance of specialized body equipment. To advance fleet performance, AmeriGas used the Diamond Logic Builder program to write software features unique to the company and its truck applications, streamlining installation and operation of its trucks. As a result, new AmeriGas propane delivery trucks now operate from a single, smart electrical architecture that affords higher performance and enhanced security.
