Munox XL-Plus is offered for industrial sites and transportation facilities interested in fast, cost-effective bioremediation of oily wastewater and petroleums. The product is patented biotechnology using natural, live bacterial cultures for efficient degradation and control of oils, grease, petroleum hydrocarbons, and other organic wastes.

The wastewater treatment inoculant consists of non-pathogenic, naturally occuring microbial strains specifically isolated to eliminate a range of recalcitrant compounds. Bioremediation with Munox is a safe method of eliminating oil and troublesome organics from an industrial waste stream. Also effective treatment for odor and corrosion control, Munox XL-Plus reduces FOG, BOD/TSS, COD, ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, phenolic compounds, terpene-based and chlorinated solvents, and petroleum hydrocarbons in industrial wastewater applications.

Munox XL-Plus is provided as an easy-to-handle liquid, which contains no hazardous substances as defined by the CERCLA list for reportable quantities and the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200).
