Town & Country buys Shelton Oil

Town & Country Food Stores, San Angelo TX, has completed an agreement to purchase Shelton Oil Co, which includes bulk fuel facilities and a liquid petroleum gas business.
Shelton Oil has a chain of convenience stores that operates under the Shot's banner, as well as bulk fuel facilities and a liquid petroleum gas business. Town & Country Food Stores has 159 convenience stores in western Texas and New Mexico.
