Program makes biodiesel more available

Renewable Energy Group Inc. (REG), a leading biodiesel producer and marketer in the United States, announced a new program to make biodiesel more available across the nation.
The REG Retail Biodiesel Blending Program includes market-proven biodiesel injection equipment paired with a supply agreement for large volumes of quality biodiesel. Truckstop operators selling large volumes of diesel fuel can increase their profit margins with the REG Retail Biodiesel Blending Program.
As part of the agreement, REG plans to remotely monitor biodiesel tank levels in order to offer customers an automated reorder process. The biodiesel injection system equipment is compatible with existing infrastructure and allows truck stop operators to remotely adjust biodiesel blend levels on a daily basis based on local economics and diesel prices.
