Pride Solvents wins NACD excellence award

Pride Solvents and Chemical Co, Avenel NJ, is the recipient of the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) 2007 Responsible Distribution Process Excellence Award.
NACD said Pride Solvents, a long-time association member, was recognized for demonstrating outstanding performance of its Responsible Distribution Process (RDP) program during its on-site third-party verification in June.
Art Dhom Jr, Pride Solvents president, received the award during the NACD annual Operations Seminar and Trade Show September 19-22 in Nashville TN.
Linden Warehouse and Distribution Co Inc in New Jersey was recognized as the only affiliate member to be nominated for the award. Other nominees, Chem One Ltd in Texas and PVS-Nolwood Chemicals Inc in Michigan, were recognized during the ceremony.
