More ports begin TWIC enrollment

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has begun the initial enrollment for the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) for the ports of New Haven CT, Benicia CA, Nikiski AK, Chester PA, Escanaba MI, and St Thomas, Virgin Islands.

The enrollment begins in New Haven and Benicia May 29, 2008, and Nikiski, Chester, Escanaba, and St Thomas June 18, 2008.
