PNEUMATIC Technology Inc, Fort Worth, Texas, was the recipient of Heil Trailer International's 2011 “Going the Extra Mile” service award.

Lonnie Jeffers, president of Pneumatic Technology, accepted the award during a presentation ceremony at the National Tank Truck Carriers 2011 Cargo Tank Maintenance Seminar & Equipment Show in Louisville, Kentucky.

Pneumatic Technology (PneuTech) is a full-line dealership specializing in pneumatic trailers with an emphasis on both the plastics and frac sand sectors. The company serves an 11-state territory in the Midwest and Southeast. The company sells new portable storage bins, as well as new truck-mounted petroleum tanks and new stainless trailers.

All of the finalists in the annual competition were awarded a plaque honoring them for their superior service and dedication to customer relationships.

The service trophy is presented each year to the distributor with the highest overall customer satisfaction rating as measured by a survey sent to end users upon receipt of a new trailer warranty registration. The survey included 18 questions covering dealer service, product presentation, and overall satisfaction with the purchase experience. All questions are weighted equally to provide a level playing field for the trailer distributors.

Each of four crystal columns on the trophy signifies a Heil brand pillar: history of excellence, innovative products and service, a rich culture for building strong relationships, and providing superior service.
