Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation announced that Hercules Inc., a global specialty chemicals company, has signed a new four-year agreement with Odyssey to continue to manage its North American transportation operations. The agreement scope includes all of North America including exports from the region, certain imports, and warehousing contracts.

Danbury CT-based Odyssey will provide all necessary services to ship product from Hercules' manufacturing plants and other shipping facilities in North America to its global customers.

Odyssey's transportation management system interfaces directly with Hercules' SAP enterprise resource planning application, incorporating SAP's order management system directly into its freight planning solution. The technology integration provides the critical link to allow the Hercules team to have one view of the transportation supply chain.
