The National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) Western Region IV Safety Council meeting originally set for October 15 in Houston TX has been canceled as a result of damage from Hurricane Ike and rescheduled for November 20 at the Hobby Airport Marriott, Houston.
Other region meetings include:
- Region I--October 1, Radisson Hotel Providence Airport, Warwick RI.
- Region II (Southern) and III (Central)--September 25, Sheraton Music City Hotel, Nashville TN.
The NTTC Safety Council is encouraging attendance at these sessions by having the Region II meeting combined with the Region III gathering. All of the meetings will all take place at airport-area hotels. These three meetings will be held from 8 am-3 pm and will include lunch.
Regions II and III councils will meet in conjunction with the American Trucking Associations’ (ATA) Safety and Human Resources National Conference and Exhibition in Nashville. NTTC attendees will be encouraged to visit ATA’s exhibit hall and will have the option of attending the afternoon ATA program at no additional charge on the day of their meeting.
NTTC attendees who would like to stay for the duration of the three-day ATA meeting would be expected to register and pay ATA directly, in addition to NTTC fees
