Integrated Support Decision Corp acquired

TMW Systems Inc, based in Cleveland OH, has acquired Integrated Support Decision Corp (ISDC), a provider of optimization-based decision support software for the trucking industry.
ISDC's software works with dispatch and operations software platforms. TMW said it plans to accelerate growth of ISDC products, expand research and development investments, and increase employment. All ISDC products will be supported, enhanced, and expanded, including Netwise Enterprise, Netwise Frontline, Match Advice Netwise Supply Chain, Expert Fuel, Trip Alert, Route Advice, TruckloadRate.com, and FuelAdvice.com.
