Two Florida men plead guilty to CDL fabrication

Two Florida men have pleaded guilty to manufacturing and distributing commercial driver licenses (some with hazardous materials endorsements) and identification cards, according to information from the Department of Transportation's Office of the Inspector General (OIG).

Levern Cooper and Pierre Angrand pleaded guilty September 13, 2007, in US District Court, Miami FL, according to the OIG information. Cooper and Angrand are scheduled for sentencing in January of 2008, the OIG information said.
