Trimac Transportation has promoted Tom Connard to president and chief operating officer of Trimac's United States operations. Jeff McCaig will focus on carrying out strategic plans and policies established by the board of directors. Connard most recently was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Trimac U.S. since June 2006.

Bruce Donovan has been promoted to senior vice-president of field operations for F. T. Silfies. He has supported the field in IT, lane analyses, structure, fuel efficiency programs, and PeopleNet enforcement and utilization, all while managing the profitability of the field operations.
