Oklahoma Tank Lines/United Petroleum Transports has named W C Moseley as Professional Driver of 2008. Moseley, who is with the OTL/UPT service terminal in Odessa TX, safely logged more than 850,000 miles for the company. Honored as the Recruit of the Year was Jerry Rothenberger of OTL/UPT's San Antonio Service Center. Randy Decker of Oklahoma City OK was named the 2008 Technician of the Year. A 16-year veteran of OTL/UPT, he was first to manage the company's “R” stamp facility. Other drivers recognized for superior performance were John Williams, Leroy Nieto, and Danny Byers, Oklahoma City; Jimmy Keck and Daniel Reid, Wichita KS; John Hill, Tulsa OK; Charlie Rutledge and Ed Norman, San Antonio TX; Nathan Snyder, Amarillo TX; Kenny Williams, Abilene TX; and Ruben Perez, Dallas/Fort Worth TX.
