Dupre Transport LLC, Lafayette LA, has been recognized as a winner in several categories in the 2007 ATA National Truck and Industrial Safety Contest.

Dupre won first place in truck safety for site and tank drivers in the miscellaneous fleets/local category. The carrier won third place in truck safety for all Dupre drivers in the tank trucks/linehaul category and tank and chemical drivers in the tank truck category. The carrier also took home the improvement award for industrial safety for all Dupre drivers in the miscellaneous fleets/local category.

Dupre’ was recognized at the ATA Safety and Loss Prevention Management Council Safety and Human Resources National Conference and Exhibition in Pittsburgh PA. The conference was held September 18-21, 2007. The company’s accomplishment was honored during a special awards breakfast.
