Diesel price rises fraction of a cent

The average price of diesel across the nation rose a fraction of a cent last week to $3.039 per gallon, according to the Department of Energy.
Low and ultra low sulfur diesel followed similar paths, ringing up at the pumps at $2.976 and $3.053 per gallon, respectively.
