Weekly diesel price heads up 4 cents

The average on-road price of diesel rang up $2.476 per gallon at the pump last week, just over a four-cent increase from the week before, according to the Department of Energy.
It was the second week that the price increased in recent months, after sliding from a high of $3.065 per gallon in August 2006.
