Blackwater leases LA storage facility

Blackwater New Orleans LLC, New Orleans LA, has finalized a new lease for storage capacity with a Louisiana chemical manufacturer at its recently acquired Westwego LA chemical facility, according to Blackwater information.
The lease for the 855,000-barrel terminal will start in mid-January and is expected to add approximately $500,000 in net earnings in 2009. Blackwater acquired the terminal from NuStar Energy in December 2008.
