AmeriGas acquires All Star Gas

AmeriGas Partners LP, Valley Forge PA, has acquired All Star Gas Corp, Dallas TX, a propane distribution business serving over 42,000 customers in five states, according to AmeriGas information.
All Star Gas markets approximately 32 million retail gallons annually from 50 locations in Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, and Wyoming. In May, AmeriGas acquired Shell Gas (LPG) USA, which owns and operates a retail propane distribution business in Michigan, according to AmeriGas information.
