Streicher acquires H&W Petroleum

Streicher Mobile Fueling Inc, Fort Lauderdale FL, has acquired H&W Petroleum Co Inc, Houston TX, a marketer and distributor of lubricants, fuels, and petroleum products.
H&W has operations in Texas at Houston, Lufkin, Freeport, Waco, Waxahachie, and Longview.
Immediately prior to the closing, H & W purchased the operating assets and limited inventory of a related company, Harkrider Distributing Co Inc, a Houston-based company engaged in the marketing and distribution of dry cleaning solvents, chemicals, and petroleum products.
