Matlack Leasing acquires Quadrel

Matlack Leasing, Philadelphia PA/Houston TX, has acquired all of the assets from Quadrel Bros/Quadrel Leasing, according to Matlack information.
The acquisition includes tank trailers, vans, and tank containers that are currently leased to customers in the chemical, food, and waste industries.
Matlack Leasing also will assume the leases associated with the equipment.
