Kenan Advantage Group, Canton OH, has created KAG Ethanol Logistics, a third-party provided that will offer an array of specialized services designed to help customers successfully navigate the logistical challenges ethanol presents, according to Kenan information.

Woodie McDuffie will head the new group. “We see KAG Ethanol Logistics as the perfect answer to a pressing industry need”, said McDuffie. “With access to a rapidly growing pool of qualified bulk carriers under contract, as well as access to the assets of sister company, Kenan Advantage Group, we are creating a significant one-call capacity offering for the renewable fuels industry.”

KAG Ethanol Logistics is also working with other ethanol supply chain stakeholders such as rail car manufacturers, railroads, transloading facilities, and product terminals to deliver efficient logistical solutions to its customers.
