Canadian Pacific Railway (CP) plans to spend $25 million on intermodal terminal improvements in 2006, according to CP information.

The terminal projects will expand capacity and maintain other service facilities to accommodate growing freight volumes, the company said.

The terminal allocations are part of CP's plans for a capital investment of $810 million to $825 million in 2006.

In addition to intermodal improvements, the program will concentrate on track infrastructure, locomotive power, and information technology.
