Wilson Industrial Sales Co Inc, based in Brook IN, is the recipient of the National Association of Chemical Distributors  (NACD) 2009 Responsible Distribution Process Excellence Award.

An NACD member for 14 years, the firm was recognized during the association’s annual Operations Seminar and Trade Show in Cleveland OH for demonstrating outstanding performance in its Responsible Distribution Process (RDP) program. Tom Wilson, founder and former president of Wilson Industrial Sales, was present to receive the award. The award was presented by James Benning, vice-chairman of NACD’s Responsible Distribution Process Committee and director of operations for Hubbard-Hall Inc.

Other finalists recognized were Industrials Chemicals Inc (AL); International Distribution Corporation (TX and a Chemical Handler affiliate); J Tech Sales LLC (FL); and Mutchler Inc, Pharmaceutical Ingredients (NJ).

The RDP Committee recognizes a member company each year to encourage continued excellence among NACD members in their commitment to the RDP.
