Usher, Saraguay
combine Atlanta ops

Usher Transport Inc, Louisville KY, and Saraguay Petroleum Corp, Atlanta GA, have combined operations in the Atlanta market, according to Usher information.
Saraguay, a provider of petroleum transportation services, will operate under the Usher Transport umbrella. Anthony “Tex” Pitfield, president and chief executive officer of Saraguay, will continue to own and operate Saraguay and will manage terminal operations for Usher in the Atlanta market.
“I believe that by joining forces in Atlanta we will improve both our cost and resource stance in the market place” said Pitfield.
