TWIC entry required for more ports

Owners and operators of facilities located within the port zones of Honolulu, Prince William Sound, Southeast Alaska, and Western Alaska must implement access control procedures utilizing the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) no later than February 12, 2009, according to information in the Federal Register September 30.
