Tsakos Energy launches new tanker

Tsakos Energy Navigation Ltd, Athens, Greece, has launched a new 105,000 deadweight tonnage (dwt) tanker, the Sakura Princess, according to Tsakos information.
The ship is the second of a series of eight sister vessels, the remaining six scheduled for delivery in 2008, 2009, and 2010. Additionally, Tsakos will take delivery of another three units, two Panamaxes and a handysize product tanker, over the balance of 2007.
