Mexican company wins
NACD process award

Pochteca Materias Primas SA de CV of Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico, is the recipient of National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) 2008 Responsible Distribution ProcessSM Excellence Award, according to NACD information.

The company is in its first year of NACD membership and was recognized for demonstrating outstanding performance of its Responsible Distribution ProcessSM (RDP) program during its recent document verification and on-site third-party verification in May.

Francisco Espinosa, Pochteca’s Supply Chain Manager, was present to receive the award presented by David Binder, NACD Responsible Distribution ProcessSM Committee chairman, during the association's annual Operations Seminar and Trade Show (OPSEM) in Orlando FL.

Other nominees, Chemgroup (OH), DeWolf Chemical Inc (RI), and Royal Pigments and Chemicals LLC (NJ), were recognized during the ceremony.
