Effective immediately, Leaman Logistics, the parent company of ChemLogix LLC, has changed its name and brand logo to CLX Logistics LLC for greater integration with its subsidiary companies and recognition of business operations as the company expands the scope of its geographic operations and logistics service offerings.

In addition to ChemLogix LLC, CLX Logistics LLC is the parent company of ChemLogix Global LLC, provider of international logistics services and VistaLogix Global LLC, the international provider of logistics management and technology services across industry verticals.

“The new parent company name—CLX Logistics LLC—more closely aligns itself to all existing subsidiary names, eliminating any confusion while utilizing the popular CLX nomenclature used by many of our customers to refer to our business,” said Steve Hamilton, chief executive officer and president of ChemLogix LLC.
