Groendyke Transport Inc announces the appointment of David James to chief operating officer. Previously, he was senior vice-president of operations for the company. Greg Hodgen, who had been serving as president and COO for Groendyke, will continue to serve as president.

Sun Coast Resources Inc announced that Sheila Kahanek has joined the company as chief financial officer. She has more than 20 years of hands-on management experience with large and small public and private companies in the energy sector. Since January 2012, she has been instrumental in several process improvement initiatives throughout Sun Coast.
