Joe Morgan has joined Coastal Transport Co as its new president/chief operating officer, replacing Tim Pritchard, who is retiring after 12 years with the company. Morgan has more than 35 years of industry experience with major oil and transportation companies. He will be located in Coastal's corporate office in San Antonio TX.

Scott Allen, director of fleet assets and maintenance, joins Dupré Logistics from Des Moines IA; Earnie Seibert, vice-president of sales and marketing, will relocate from Greenville TN; and James Winton joins Dupré as director of operations for the Energy Group. Allen's most recent experience was with Macy's Department Stores and Ruan Transportation. Seibert served as a truck driver and manager with J B Hunt, Cardinal Logistics, and most recently C R England. Winton, with almost 15 years' experience in the tank truck industry, most recently served as regional manager with Trimac.
