Dedicated Transport Holdings LLC, a privately held company headquartered in Cleveland OH, announced the acquisition of All Star Transportation Inc, located in Clearwater FL and New Castle DE.

All Star Transportation provides liquid bulk trucking services to water treatment plants throughout the United States. All Star Transportation LLC, as the company will be known going forward, will retain All Stars’ management team and its 40 drivers. Dedicated’s growth plan calls for hiring an additional 20 drivers over the next year.

Dedicated Transport LLC, another subsidiary of Dedicated Transport Holdings based in Cleveland, provides dedicated contract trucking and logistics services to manufacturers, distributors, and retailers throughout the Midwest and eastern half of the United States.
