CITGO selects Dupr to handle services

In search of a better overall system for its bulk material handling services in Corpus Christi TX, CITGO decided to initiate a formal request for bid to a select group of suppliers.
CITGO selected Dupré to provide the material handling services at both the West Plant Refinery and the Port of Corpus Christi in January 2008. This service would be added to the existing truck transportation business that Dupré has been operating since December 2006.
Based in Houston, Texas, CITGO is a refiner and marketer of transportation fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals, refined waxes, asphalt, and other industrial products. The company is owned by PDV America Inc., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Petróleos de Venezuela S.A., the national oil company of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
