ChemLogix forms new subsidiary

ChemLogix LLC, Blue Bell PA, has established ChemLogix Global LLC, a subsidiary dedicated to providing international supply chain and logistics services worldwide using Web-based technology and partnerships.
The new subsidiary offers small and mid-sized shippers the opportunity to optimize international logistics operations, expand into new markets, and ensure compliance with new regulations for security, international trade, and financial processes, the company said.
