Bill Graves, American Trucking Associations president and chief executive officer, announced that the group has hired Karla Hulett as its new chief financial officer. Hulett comes to ATA with more than three decades of experience in tax and revenue administration, most recently with Accenture. She replaces Dave Bearfoot, who retired in January 2011.
