The Professional Truck Driver Institute (PTDI) has named David Heller its director. He also serves as the Truckload Carriers Association's director of safety and policy. PTDI has recertified truck driver training programs in four schools: National Tractor Trailer School Inc, which received five-year program recertifications for both its Buffalo and Liverpool NY locations; Swift Driving Academy, which received five-year recertification for its Millington TN location; and American Institute of Technology's Phoenix AZ location.
