Plains adding to NJ storage

Plains All American Pipeline LP, Houston TX, has contracted Matrix Service Industrial Contractors Inc, Tulsa OK, to add one million barrels (42 million gallons) of storage tank capacity at its Paulsboro NJ terminal, according to Matrix information.
Matrix said its work on the project is expected to be approximately $35 million. It will include related civil, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure.
