TRANSCAER rides the rails

Norfolk Southern Railway Co has announced its 2002 Transportation Community Awareness & Emergency Response (TRANSCAER) Whistle Stop Tour for Region II. The tour will kick off October 7 at Union Station in Washington DC and make stops in Alexandria VA, Spencer NC, Asheville NC, Knoxville TN, and Chattanooga TN, concluding October 12 in Decatur AL.
